On to the story...
Used this app to great success in the past unfortunately due to various life issues I fell off the wagon and hard. Currently in the worse shape I have ever been in. I stand focused and ready to meet this challenge. I'm running Spartan Race later this year and need to make a significant dent in the challenge that lays in front of me.
