Fitness assessment

I went to the gym today for a fitness assessment and was pleased with the results. My last test was in dec of 2010 so it's been about 2 1/2 years. I have been at this change for about 6 months now and these are the results.

Weight 275.5 to 230.6

Chest 46.0 to 44.1
Bicep 13.25 to 12.9
Fore. 11.75 to 11.4
Waist. 43.5 to. 41.9
Hips. 50.7 to 46.7
Thigh. 28.8 to 26.5
Calf. 17.2 to 17.1
Abs. 47.1 to 43.6

Total inches lost = 14.3

Partial curls with longer reach went from 25 to 36
Total push ups went from 7 to 21( this is my best ever)
Sit and reach went from 15.5 to 20 inches

Body fat went from 36.4% to 29.6%

I am still in the obese category but am well on my way.

    Thanks, however I just read my original post and my fat fingers typed my starting weight wrong, it was actually 257.5
