have lymph edema in feet a legs and morbid obese looking for exercises to do

    Taking the wrong advice here could make things worse, so you should ask your doctor, or a specialist in lymphedema therapy.

    Do you know what the cause of your lymphedema is?

    Are you able to walk?

    That's an uncommon cause, so definitely discuss it with your doctor or a specialist.

    A study i saw said that light exercise & movement improves lymphedema, but only for a short time (minutes), so it's important to keep moving throughout the day.. kind of like a shark. :)

    gentle biking on a stationary bike-like for 15 minutes x 4 times a week-some very heavy folks prefer a recumbent bike for ease of getting on and off.
    Aqua size or any pool based activity

    (I'm suggesting things that reduce weight on your legs while you exercise)
