Taking the wrong advice here could make things worse, so you should ask your doctor, or a specialist in lymphedema therapy.
Do you know what the cause of your lymphedema is?

That's an uncommon cause, so definitely discuss it with your doctor or a specialist.
A study i saw said that light exercise & movement improves lymphedema, but only for a short time (minutes), so it's important to keep moving throughout the day.. kind of like a shark.0 -
gentle biking on a stationary bike-like for 15 minutes x 4 times a week-some very heavy folks prefer a recumbent bike for ease of getting on and off.
Aqua size or any pool based activity
(I'm suggesting things that reduce weight on your legs while you exercise)0
