Hi all! I have been using fitnesspal on and off for a few months...i find i cheat on days i don't log. I am sick of being overweight, it is effecting everything. I need to loose about 60-70 lbs to get to my healthy weight. I need to loose weight and get healthy-we're thinking about having a baby. And I want to have the safest pregnancy If possible. And be healthy by changing my lifestyle for ghe better. Looking fwd to a positive forum.
