I am 44 and have always been thin, but have been really struggling to keep weight on for the past two years. I intake 2800-3000 calories daily without any luck. I have seen a dr and all blood work is normal. Any suggestions

Do you know what your maintenance level is? If so up your intake about 100 cals a day each week till you start to gain. What is your target weight and are you looking to gain muscle or just fat?0

Do you do cardio? It seems like the solution is to burn less calories throughout the day or increase your calorie intake.
Also, are you measuring and logging your calories accurately (as in weighing your food on a scale)? You might be overestimating how much you are eating.0
