Weight you can't get past?!

EVERY time I get to 150lbs it's like my body doesn't want to go any lower than that and my weight loss stops. Then, I end up gaining weight because I'm discouraged & I go back to square one. How do you PUSH past that weight that you just CAN'T get past?

What about taking a break from the scale when you hit ~151 pounds, continuing to do what you've been doing, and seeing where you are in a month?
If you haven't busted the number, decrease how much you're eating and try again. (Remember that as we lose weight, our calorie needs also go down. Alas.)
That should deal with the psychological and nutritional aspects.0 -
Thank you, I appreciate the advice. Once I hit 151 again I will take a break and make myself push forward. Good luck on your journey!0
