After my co-workers introduced me this app about a month ago I tried it, for a couple days. Then after about 2 weeks I went back to it. I was ready!! This app is pretty sweet. I watch what I eat now and accept the calories. It's alot easier than I thought. I am excited to see results. If anyone wants to be friends and we can support and encourage each other feel free to send me a request. I am eager to accomplish this goal I have set for myself. :~) have a great day.
