Recording a workout?

Any suggestions on the best way to record non cardio workouts: free weights, PowerPlate work and sit ups etc?

You can log it under "Strength Training" but it won't track calories. However there is a weightlifting option under the "Cardiovascular" that will show you calorie loss.(:

I use an app called 'Fitness Buddy' it breaks the unwritten rule of no phones in the gym to log as you go along, but it's great for tracking and planning workouts
