Hi Everyone!

I am new to Fitness Pal. I am trying to get healthy and this seems to be the best place to track everything. I have also downloaded the app on my phone. I am currently in college and taking a health class. I had to track my food for three days and report back on how I measured up. Basically, I never meet my adequate intake for anything ever! I do not have a regular eating habit and when I do eat it is normally processed food. I am going to try a paleo diet in the near future for 30 days as a good cleanse.
