Anyone know a HIIT - Free Online Class?

I know youtube has lots of those, but has anyone found one that kicked their behind and would recommend?
I am currently doing an Advanced Cardio HIIT video from Comcast Exfinity, I like it but I'm getting bored of seeing the same thing. It lasts 20 minutes but the actual exersices add up to only 7.5 minues +- So with stretching, practicing the exercisings before hand, the breaks, and the warming up and cooling downs - it adds up.
