Having a hard time losing the last 10 baby pounds

Hey everyone,
I have been counting my calories and working out for the last 2-3 weeks. I have noticed a little change in my weight but was hoping for more. (I am a little impatient). I am a mom of a 13 month old little boy and still have the last 10 lbs and the tiny donut left over. I love donuts but not when they are on my belly. I am a stay at home mom for the most part and do quick videos or recently a ton of snow shoveling to get my exercise in. I feel like I lost more weight not exercising pre baby then I am now. Any thoughts? Also I feel hungry all the time so any recipes that seem to hold people over more would be appreciated. My goal is to lose the weight by April 30th. Thanks everyone :)
