Just started using this about a week ago. I started my journey around the second week in January. I started off at 210 pounds and now I am at 198. My goal is to get down to 175 while gaining muscle. I assume it will take me longer to hit my goal due to gaining muscle mass so I need some motivators! I also stopped smoking and starting vaping to help me lose the habit completely. I am going through some major changes in regards to my fitness, but I feel great!
