Joined MFP as the idea of counting calories seemed a good idea. I find it too easy to snack and my portion control was terrible. So far so good. 8 days in and 5lb gone. This will work for me I think. I need something to focus my attention and this is proving ideal. I've quickly realised how easy it is to overdo the carbs and fats. It's great how you can get all the figures in a graph or table and see how you're doing.
