    How is a meal different from a snack? Your body doesn't have any idea that it's a "meal" or "snack" it's just calories. Whether it's 200 or 2000 doesn't matter, you could eat in bed and immediately go to sleep. Only people who deal with heartburn should take meal timing before bed into account.
