I finally can say I did it...
I changed my life, my body and my mind... and I'm not even close to being done.
I have lost 70lbs so far and I am NEVER GOING BACK!!

I LOVE MY NEW LIFE!!
The old me was 220... the new me is 150! (I'm 5'9 for those that want to know)
