I am not a huge fan of most GNC products I have tried (including these).. but some people love them. It's really all personal taste.0

This is my first week using them. I purchased the chocolate. They taste okay. I do find they keep me full though.0

they are really high in sugar. I think you could find a better product if this is the route you want to take.0

I tried the chocolate powder and it was alright. The banana powder was terrible. I got the pre-made version and love them. The banana and strawberry are my favorite. I don't use them as a meal replacement, but as an afternoon snack or post workout snack. They are not high in sugar. The pre-made have only 2g of sugar post bottle. I know the powder was low in sugar too.0

I still drink them once in a while. They are not high in sugar, taste good, and should fill you up for 2 to 3 hours.0
