Hi All I am new to this. It is my first week and I am loving how easy this is so far. I used to on WW and this is so much easier. Calories in Calories burned. Makes such good sense to lose!
I realize even though I practice mindfulness meditation with food I need to go a bit further and journal. What has worked for all of you? Happy to be here! Cindy <3
