NSV: No Towel!!

I just returned home from a fabulous tropical vacation and guess what? I did not run for the towel every time I was in my bathing suit and the camera was brought out! I strutted my stuff and felt confident enough not to hide behind the towel 
Nor did I run as fast as I could from the beach to the ocean whenever it was time to swim.
This felt awesome..It has been a while since I have been able to say this. I do not have any pictures of me in my bathing suit from the last couple of vacations. I felt good beyond just my bathing suit, though. I felt confident and in control. I still have some work to do but I am very happy with my progress and I know I can achieve those goals. I am in control of what my body does...and if I don't like my body's condition, it is up to me to change it.
