I'm so depressed it's like I've stopped losing weight I've cut bk and workout when I can what should I do? :(:'(

    How long have you been stalled for? Weight loss isn't linear, you may go for a few weeks at the same weight and then suddenly, it will start to go down again. Chin up, be patient, keep it so your calories in are less than your calories out and things will come good again!

    How long have you been stalled?
    How long have you been working out on this plan?
    Are you eating UNDER your calories?

    Use punctuation. Form proper sentences. Communicate clearly.

    Hi sometimes we cut back too much if you have food diary have alook back to what you were eating when you lost weight and try that again it can stop for weeks then catch up don't feel upset as long as your not gaining your doing ok
