Help syncing fit bit flex to mfp

I am new again to MFP. Just restarted four days ago after a long time off and gaining weight. Now I have a fit bit flex...the cheapest one that pretty much just measures steps. I thought I synced it to MFP but I don't see it showing up on my diary or anywhere? Any advice?

Go to mfp main page under apps find your device and hit connect.0

Thank you. I thought I had done this before...but this time I actually saw something show up on my diary when it counted my steps and it said -320 which doesn't make sense to me. I'd think it would be positive if it is adding your steps.

I think the neg 320 is most likely the calories you have burned. I just started using the same device, love it.0

Fitbit estimates how many calories you burn in a day based on BMR + Steps. It sends the total daily calorie burn over to MFP. If you have burned more than MFP's prediction you will get a positive adjustment in your exercise diary. If you have burned less than MFP's prediction then you will either get 0 or a negative adjustment (if enabled in MFP diary settings).

Oh and on the "Home" Page online:
This is showing I earned 734 extra calories to eat. When you get a negative adjustment, it shows as a plus sign on the home page.
Positive adjustment (earned calories):
Goal - (Intake Calories Logged - Adjustment) = Calories Left To Eat
1320 - (1948-734) = 106
or
Intake Calories Logged - Adjustment = NET Calorie Intake
Goal - Net Calorie Intake = Calories Left To Eat
Negative Adjustment (losing calories):
Goal - (Intake Calories Logged + Adjustment) = Calories Left To Eat
1467 - (1979 + 92) = - 604
or
Intake Calories Logged + Adjustment = NET Calorie Intake
Goal - Net Calorie Intake = Calories Left to Eat0
