I'm stuffed...

It's 10:18pm and I have only eaten about 950 calories and I'm so full. Anybody else have this problem?... Kinda feel like it's just me.

Don't know what to eat.

    some days for sure.

    I just go to sleep and tell my self il have a mega breakfast. but i usually never do.

    usually balances out any excess cals just dont make a habit of it

    Eat something calorie dense. 950 is a bit low to be netting for the day.
    Avocados, peanut butter, greek yogurt with fruit and granola, ect...

    I keep an eye on it, but usually balances over the week so I don't stress when I do that. Sometimes I'm just not hungry at all so I'm under, but usually I notice I'm more hungry the next day. As long as it's not drastic and for extended periods of time you should be fine.

    All the time. I eat light during the day cuz I am a night eater. After exercise I have a lot left to eat. But I think it all balances out. Or save for something special during the week. I went to the movies with kiddos today and went over a bit. Ok cuz I know I will be under tomorrow. I work 16 hr shifts on the weekends and usually don't get any exercise those days. So it usually evens out.

    Eat some ice cream, peanut butter & jelly sandwich, cookies, candy, chips, etc.

    I did better today! Haven't eaten ice cream, cookies, candy or chips in months.

    Mmmmmh i have a nutribullet juice which racks up about 200 calories which, if i didn't, is have the same problem. What's your food diary like? Moreover, i have an app called PACT where i log my food everyday for $10. So if i miss one day or i don't reach the 1200 I'm paying up. Same with going to the gym. 4 times a week, $10 a day. If i don't go, i pay up. Great motivator.
