Hey guys, Ive been tracking my diet and exercise for 17 days now and I have very rarely gone over my calorie intake for the day -maybe 2 or 3 days but nothing major. I generally eat clean monday - friday and allow myself treats on the weekends but still staying within my calorie limit.

I do moderate exercise, generally 4 times a week and its usually 20 - 30 minutes on the elliptical or 30 - 40 minutes walking on the treadmill. I don't have access to a gym, only the equipment in my house. I live in Canada so its not very comfortable to exercise outside right now. lol I work from my home as an illustrator so I'm sitting most of the day.

Over the past week my scale hasn't budged and its become a bit frustrating. If anyone can give me some diet and exercise tips that would help me out? Maybe some at home exercises, healthy snack ideas, diet changes or advice on how to stay motivated when you have weeks where it seems like nothing you do is working. Even any pills/foods/drinks you recommend that boost weight loss?

Any advice is greatly appreciated and my diary is open for critique!

Drinking red bull almost daily is NOT "eating clean" I see you skipping meals or having popcorn or something for a meal.

You need to up your fruits and veggies. And keep your protein up too.

You have exercise equipment- but I think the main point is meal planning. A veggie and protein every meal would help.

so some entrees of tsp and cups..You have to weigh all your solid food and measure your liquids
You eat more than you think is my guess in order to lose weight you need to create a deficit.

and forget about the pills they are scams

If you're in a calorie deficit you'll lose weight.

You didn't put the weight on in a week so it won't come off in a week.

    Weight loss isn't linear

focus on your weighing food and logging everything within your calorie defecit as accurately as possible, double checking choices from the MFP database with packages and online calorie sites and building your own recipes
