as I'm three days in did anyone do there measurements before starting? If so how often do u recheck TIA

I weigh and take measurements every Saturday morning x0

I weigh weekly on the same day every week (Monday), and I take full body measurements (Neck, chest, biceps, natural waist, belly button "waist", hips, thighs, and ankles) on the first of every month; I track them all in an Excel spreadsheet.0
