I couldn't either. I love food. When I'm eating breakfast I am trying to figure out what my next meal will be.
But, I have gotten to the point where I want to be healthier and look better. So I'm going to eat better, but still have my favorite foods once a week or so, and try to balance everything. My body deserves better and I deserve to not be self-conscious.

And I have a massive sweet tooth! I tend to eat Atkins chocolates (they're really good), Quest protein bars, low calorie fudgesicles, sugar free chocolate pudding..the list never ends! Feel free to add me because I eat something sweet at least 3 times a day0
