Hard to lose weight

I am 57 years old. In very good shape for my age. Like to lose 15 pounds but am having a difficult time! I hate logging my food. Got any suggestions

If you don't like it...Sometimes you just have to fake it until you make it. Logging your food will keep you on track and help you to make better choices to meet your goal and lose that 15lbs. I wish you the best on your journey!!0

Since you're struggling to lose and you hate logging your food...I'd guess you are eating more calories than you think.
The only way to know that of course is if you log everything you eat with 100% accuracy....so...0 -
Some people find pre logging their food for the entire day ahead of time to be less tedious. ..works if you have your meals all planned out. But you have to stick with your plan.0
