How to get a full list of micronutrients in MFP?

Hi, I can't seem to start a thread in any other subforum.
Could someone help me with this? I'm trying to design a meal plan, and I need to see all the micronutrients that MFP tracks.
Any ideas?

I believe you can only set you diary to read 5 items in addition to calories. If you go to your nutrition tab you should be able to see all the nutrients it can track and how you did that day. Most people do not track micros unless they have a particular health problem relating to one. Often times they are not even listed on the labels of things. As long as you are eating well rounded and including your fruits and veggies you should be ok with these. If you do have a health issue related to one I would get a nutrition plan from your Doc or a nutritionist.0
