How do you get back on track?

I have had a really bad week this week. My son had a 4-wheeler accident on Saturday. That was the last day I was able to exercise because taking care of him is obviously more important. However, when we went to the ER on Saturday I picked up some kind of bug and have been feeling crummy all week as well. I tried logging some, but basically just gave up because I had to stop and get stuff this week instead of cooking and to be honest I have just been hungry and said the heck with it. I am going to try to get back on logging accurately starting today and I hope to get back to exercising this weekend when I have more time and I know that my son is resting. I am motivated to get back to it, but I know it will be hard after eating whatever I have wanted for the last few days. After being off for a few days, what works best for you to get back on track?

Get back to tracking. Life happens. This is your new lifestyle. Don't let a few bad days defeat you. You can do this. I hope your son gets better. Best wishes0
