state a fact or myth about fitness or anything else , i am sure people will be surprised or disagree , lets see
* weight lifting burns more fat then cardio.. Fact*

* all sugar is the same* myth
* all sugars have a GI index some will increase your insulin faster than others , a good rule is to stay under 55 in the GI index for a more complex sugar. check the charts for this most fruits fall under 55 , watermelon is above 55 but its not the summer so no worries0
