    I'm not a runner, but when I strength train, I literally cannot get enough food. I'd knock over my grandmother to get to the fridge.

    Ive got the last 10 vanity lbs to lose. Seriously people are scaring me saying how hard it is to lose the last 10 so support would be nice. Im taking it slow like 0.5~1lbs a week. Feel free to add me :)

    My decision yesterday to drop my goal to .5/lb. per week seems to have worked well for me today. I'm not hungry tonight even though I didn't eat the full additional allotment of calories. Just knowing that I have more calories available if hunger strikes is helpful!

    That is good! Are you planning on increasing slowly or eating back the new goal every day? Even though I have not officially dropped down to 0.5 a week I will be closer to it this week with enjoying the holiday. I look forward to offically having an extra 250 soon though.

    I've got roughly ten more pounds to go too! I'm 4'10 and 122 right now. I'm down 20 pounds from last January, but still want to be down to at least 112!

    Hi Kris - At this point, I'm going to be flexible. I know that if I eat fewer calories, I'll lose more quickly. Therefore, if I don't find myself too hungry at night, I'll eat less than my new, higher target. If I am hungry, I'll eat up to my new higher allotment. I'm hoping this will curb the late night snacking that I was doing because I was truly hungry.

    I'm on my last 5lbs to reach my initial goal weight of 115 -- though I'll probably end up targeting 110, so maybe more like last 10lbs. I've lost 35 already. Anyway, I'm in -- feel free to add me.

    Hi,
    I have lost 33 pounds and have 4 more pounds to go. I am very short so a .5/week only equals 1240 a day. Last week I was sick so my logging isn't great but appetite is improving this week.
