Hello all,
I have been on this app for about two weeks now, learning and tweaking areas here and there. Loving the calorie counts and am actually having a hard time eating what's required on the days I exercise. This is an area I have never really focused before but am very thankful for this program showing me where I need to improve. Thank you!
I was in the best shape of my life approximately ten years ago while still in the military and look forward to regaining and perhaps surpassing those peaks. Cycling is where my focus and goals lye now. On my way to greater places and I am open to criticism and or advice. Good luck to all and thank you for your time!

    Good luck! I have a hard time eating all of my exercise calories sometimes too. I did some reading and it was suggested to eat back at least 1/3 of exercise calories. I'm trying that now, so we will see the results. Burned 500 extra calories = eat back 165 of them.
