I have started clean eating and working out daily. Trying to get healthy. I know I am rocking out this week! Hoping to stay motivated! Any suggestions on keeping motivated?

    Set a pic of your self when you were on your dream weight it's gonna remind you every time when you gonna use your cell

    Find something that you love doing with the fitness side, if you're new to it keep pushing boundaries because the euphoria you feel when you can actually sustain it for a 30-1hr period of time is unmatched.
