When I saw this on my phone I read it as "Clean your Snatch." That seemed like good but hopefully unnecessary advice.

I'm sure that some people would find it useful

I like dumbbell snatches because they aren't terrible technique depending like barbell cleans and snatches so I can really just focus on developing my ability to explode rather than having to focus on a million queues that don't come to me naturally.

That I think just plain medicine ball work is good for charging the CNS and teaching & demonstrating power. But I know this convo is about Oly lifts.

I like both in cycles. I have wrist problems so I do better with power clean than full cleaning (just the way the bar lands-just a tiny bit different for me but all the pain difference in the world). I'm weird in that I can p/c 25# more than regular cleaning because my wrist hurts so badly in the clean that I am scared of more weight because IT HURTS. When I am doing well at clean, my snatch sucks and visa versa. Right now I am really limited by my unstable overhead squat on snatch. I've been working on my OHS consistently but it's still really unstable. So right now I would say the only lift I'm gaining much on is power clean.
