Trying the 30 day weight loss challenge

started out good, but having a hard time keeping carbs low (20) per day for a week.
Also starting with the 30 day squat challenge. Been doing squats all along, but never challenged myself to increase or add weights. Always looking for new low carb menus that my husband will enjoy as well.
