2012 reality hit me, I stepped on a scale and it read 198lbs... The farthest the scale had gone for me in my life. I worked my butt off and took 20lbs off in three months. 2013 I gained the weight back at 192, I had an unexpected pregnancy. My weight the day I was admitted to give birth was 196. A month after I had my baby I was 175lbs. Mid 2014 my ex and I separated and the number on the scale quickly raised and before I knew it, it read 210... Six months of being single, eating what I want, going out when I want, drinking what I want, has taken its toll on my body. Seven months later I'm finally back down to 201 which wasn't easy. It's been hard to say no to food I do not need, no to the nightlife style & not to mention soda has become an everyday addition... I'm still not back where I started in 2012 but I'm almost there. My life has been a roller coaster and my health has suffered during it, from being obese to having gestational diabetes... As of today, I am not diabetic, still currently obese but ready to work on it, with a little support I am sure I will get to that overweight category and then from there normal weight :)

It sucks that you were on the roller coaster but glad you came back! Just make sustainable changes and you'll be to where you want to be before you know it!
