Started with motivation!!

I thought I would introduce myself, I am 29 and currently 21.5 stone.
A few guys at work decided to do like a weight loss club and the person who loses the least percentage of weight has to do a forfiet!! Gives me some motivation, I have been told to eat carbs in the afternoon so my diet consists of : -
Breakfast
Diet Shake and a Banana
Lunch
60g of rice
500g of chicken breast
Tea
500g Chicken Breast
1 Cup of Mixed Veg
How does this sound? I have started running and I did my first run today of 1.1 mile in 14 mins and burned 300 calories!
