Sick of feeling gross...this mama needs some support!

I bum myself out about the slow progress I'm making, and then eat something crappy because "I'm not going to reach my goal anyway". Food is a major source of comfort for me and I don't know how to break it :/

Trying to get your body back after a baby is so hard...especially when you barely have time to even shower, let alone work out. Can't ever even do my hair and makeup, or paint my nails once and while anymore....I know that I can lose the weight, I just need someone to help remind me! I'm so sick of feeling disgusting all the time! This Mama needs some serious support!
