Should I just rely on what fitbit tracks for exercise and activity? or do I enter something specific still in myfitnesspal? For example, I went to zumba earlier today and tracked it in my fitbit. Is that enough?
How accurate is this. I'm curious to hear from other users on the failures and successes.
Thanks in advance
Jess

If you sync your Fitbit and MFP that should be all you need to do. I enter my fitness into my Fitbit and my food into MFP.0

Thank you! OK, I guess I'm on the right track. I'm doing the same thing0

I figure the fitbit is more accurate, as it has all your measurements. If you have the charge hr, it can factor in your heart rate as well. I log my food in MFP and exercise into fitbit. Fitbit automatically syncs up to MFP.0
