3 week bulk update

Options
I am 5'7, 105 to 108 pounds, male 19 years old. This is quite underweight.

Goal: gain 6-12 pounds in next 6 weeks (fat or muscle, I'm too skinny). This will get me to about 115-120 at that point. I will of course continue bulking at that point, but just want a tangible goal for now.

Nutrition:
Maintenance calories: 2300(I am very active and have high metabolism)
Daily goal calories: 2300 to 3300 ( surplus of 300 to 1000 a day)
Weekly weight gain goal: gain 1 to 2 pounds
Macros: 130 protein (minimum), 80 fat (minimum), rest carbs

Exercise:
I am doing a variation of starting strength. Here are my starting lifts:
Squat 3 x 5 65 lbs now 90
Bench press 3 x 5 60 lbs now 85
Deadlift 1 x 5 105 lbs now 130
Press 3 x 5 45 lbs now 55

WEIGHT UPDATE:
I am now 3 weeks into my bulk. I am up over 3 pounds. I'm gaining 1.5 pounds a week or so. Is this a good rate or too fast?
