I'm in a rut. I started losing weight in May '13 lost 65lbs from then til sept '14.... Than I've gained back 10lbs and just can't get past this now. I was doing zumba to lose the weight. All this while I was on maternity leave. Now I'm working during the day and don't get home til six with my kids then supper, homework and chores, I'm exhausted by the time it's bedtime. I feel like i need some program or cleanse type that can just give me a jump start back into weight loss. My fiancé works nights so I can't get to a gym or program outside of home, plus live in the country. I'm getting married in sept and still want to lost 30lbs more. Any suggestions that may help would be great!!

it is really hard when you are young and so much on your plate to take care of yourself. Try to think of yourself though maybe up the protein, or protein shakes or bars might help. Especially when you come in starved it is so easy to just eat anything. Better plan and have healthy snacks around. I have to make myself stop and say Enough is Enough.

Once it warms up I will be definitely going for lunch walks but the last few weeks it's been between -25 and -30 with windchill.

Yeesh! I'm trying to get something going too. Someone this morning told me about Fitness Blender and an inside walking program with Leslie Sansone on You Tube with short to the point workouts ranging from beginning to more advanced. I'm going to check them out, but maybe you could squeak in 15 min or a half hour in the morning before the kiddos are up and you have to get everyone ready for the day? Easy for me to say right :D
