I guess i started about 3 years ago, but i didn't work out consistently. I would work out a few night out of the week and then just quit. I really struggled with changing my eating habits. Well over the last year i have really buckled down and i have found my groove.

I now work out 7 days a week, whether its for an hour to my biggest loser dvd, or walking/jogging for 45 mins to an hour. I just try to make sure
that i do something daily.

I have lost a total of 75lbs and have around 90lbs more to go. I'm around 6 ft tall and figured the 230's would be a good weight for my height.

Its been a tough road and still have my ups and down, but i'm committed and i'm not quitting. I'm never going back to who i use to be!
