I'm 5'4", current weight 120 pounds (I normally maintain at 118, but I put on a bit over the holidays that I'm in the process of taking off.)
I'm trying to go down to 110lb - 115lb (depending on measurements) for my wedding in three months - it's a little thinner than I normally like but I need my chest to fit in my dress.
My maintenance is normally about 1600 calories without exercise, so I've cut to a strict 1200 a day, which has been giving me a bit less than a pound a week of loss. If I exercised more I'd be able to up that a bit, but my 4km walk to work is all I get right now and so...1200 calories of lean protein and vegetables with a bit of fat. Hardly any alcohol, hardly any "treats", just the most nutrition I can pack in. It sucks to be that strict but it works and I don't have a ton of time to be gentler about it.0 -

My goal is 1,400 / day, but try to eat under that. Any calories I burn are bonus weight loss calories and I generally do not eat them back. I used to exercise regularly (running + weight lifting) but have gotten sidetracked for almost a year. Hoping to get back into it now. I find it much harder to lose weight now than when I started.
To peleroja, major props for sticking to it: I found 1,200 to be really difficult, especially as a student.0 -

Possible GW of 130
I'm eating 1800 at the moment and trying to see if I can eat a bit more to get into maintenance. I don't know what I burn from exercise because I do very little cardio and mostly lift. I'm not eating back any cardio calories at the moment because it's possible my TDEE can be as low as 1800 so I'm just watching the scale.
I was losing about a pound a month at a little over 1600 calories (it should have been 2 pounds but I was obviously over eating).
If I wanted to continue to lose, I could absolutely not eat less than 1650.0 -
thanks i think i need to up my calories a bit0

I am approx 5'4.5". I started sometime in October

Calorie Goal: 1200
At this time, I am doing 1 hr cardio a day on a treadmill. I do intervals, but keep my heart rate within my zone. I eat every 2.5 to 3 hrs. This way I am never starving. There are days where I am not terribly hungry but eat so I can reach my daily calorie goal.0 -

Really i'm fine where i'm at. I got to 119 and then I started school and stopped counting; just didn't have the time really. Food habits got pretty bad again, but it's been almost a year and i've only gained about 2lbs. Originally, my goal weight was around 120-125. So I'm pretty happy around that area. I'm only counting again because the weight was slowly creeping back up and didn't want to end up over my goal range. When I gained a bit, I really don't even know how much I was eating. When I was working out, it was probably about 1700. Now that i'm not, I'm trying to stay around 14000 -

GW: right now just under 200, long term around 130-140
I eat around 1400 a day, sometimes more sometimes less, depends how active I am that day. I'm trying to cut out sugary drinks and eat more protein. But I'm just starting out (for the second time) and this is what seems to be working right now.0 -

I eat between 1200 and 1400 per day and so far have been losing around 1.5-2 lbs per week. I burn about 200 calories a day walking on my treadmill.0 -

I work out four days a week, I lift weights 3x a week and cardio once a week. My TDEE with my exercise included is 2150. My daily goal is set at 1820. I work in an office, sitting at a desk all day but I exercise hard enough that these numbers work for me. I use MFP to log my food and exercise calorie burn (I wear a HRM so I know exactly how many calories I burn) but I do not eat back my calories unless I have burned more calories than ~440, which is my daily calorie goal (1820) minus my BMR (1382), so that I always have a net calorie intake of at least BMR daily. Does that make sense? My cardio day I like to spend spinning for an hour, I typically burn about 600 calories, so this is over my 440 mark, so in this case my calorie goal is 1980 (600-440 = 160, 160+1820=1980)
For me, 1800 calories is sometimes hard to get to, and other days I find I'm starving and will eat about 2100, but I have an excel spreadsheet that I keep track of my daily calorie intake so I can balance my number of calories on a weekly basis, rather than a daily one. I find that when I eat more now I don't get all upset and think it's the end of the world like I did before I started keeping the spreadsheet, because I can see the bigger picture.0 -

Total Intake is generally in the 1600-2000 calorie range (sometimes higher, sometimes lower)
Stronglifts 3x a week
Zombies,Run! 5k 3x a week
Random other cardio thrown in as I feel like it
Last time I did math to figure out approx TDEE (early Jan), it came out to around an average of 2600 calories over a 3 month period (used intake vs loss data). I will be doing the calculation again in March to see where I'm at and what needs to be adjusted.0 -

Currently set at 1200 but I eat back around half or a bit more of exercise calories. I try to exercise 5-6 days per week so a lot of times I'm eating 1300-1400 calories per day.0
