18 years old, male, trying to get in shape for when I go off to college. I've been working out for about 7 months now. Intensity has been an on/off thing, as I've had nobody to kick my butt into gear. I need more consistent workouts and eating has always been a struggle. However, by downloading this app I hope to be motivated and more organized. Can't wait to see/feel the changes!
