I love making egg scrambles.

I cook 1/4 cup bell peppers, 1/4 cup onions, and a tablespoon of olive oil on a frying pan.
Then add 2 eggs.

Once I pour it onto a plate, I add whatever I have in the refrigerator:
1/4 cup salsa for flavor
1/4 cup black olives
A sprinkle of cheese

You can always add deli meat for more protein!

Pretty low in calories and it is very flavorful!

My favorite go to egg scramble is:
I sauté spinach and diced Campari tomatoes in a pan with Pam spray, set aside
1 egg and 2 egg whites beaten with a little bit of water added ( approx. 2 tablespoons) I feel that the small amount of water added makes the eggs fluffy.
Pour the eggs in the frying pan and add the spinach and tomatoes
Then add feta cheese and scramble away!
    This is delish!

Sounds delicious and easy. Those are 2 things I look for in a recipe.

Try 20+ threads. She isn't even giving a recipe and is raising zombies. I've started reporting her.
