Hello errebody So, I've been struggling with binge eating for the last year and a half, and am finally recovering from that, but still feeling urges everyday to just have a full on binge ugh. However, today, i feel like I reigned it in quite a bit, and yes, i've logged this into my food diary on here, but it shows that i'm going over my limits But i'm young and run 3 miles everyday (but take a break two days a week, one of them being today). Oh and btw, i'm trying to lose 5 pounds in about a month, and i'm 5'2 Okay, here's what I've eaten:
Breakfast- one egg over hard and one and a half wheetabix with rice milk and coconut sugar
Lunch- One Amy's lean and light enchilada entre with 1 cup of mixed greens and a quest protein bar
Linner (snack between lunch and dinner hehe)- 3 tiinnny thin flat bread things with sugarless no salt tamatoe sauce and organic shredded cheese and romaine on them (basically homeade clean pizza) and like 3/4 of a cliff bar.
Dinner-Planning on having half a bowl of black beans and brown rice with guacamole from chipotle with something little for dessert like a Pure Protein bar or somethin'.
Also have been drinking lots of moringa tea and green tea and wattttaaa
So, it this that terrible? Should I cut back? Any suggestestions? Also, I'm a vegetarian so no meat suggestions please! Thanks

Nope, too many calories make you fat.0 -
Hmm, well I guess there are differing opinions for sure haha! In my personal experience, I've been on diets where i was eating wayyy to many calories and didn't gain a pound, but at the same time, i've been on diets where i may have been eating a lot of calories but from the wrong foods, and i gained weight. Who knows? Everybody's different I suppose

Nope. If you eat too many sugary calories, you are likely to be hungry sooner, so more calories will be consumed overall. Plus sugar is very easy to overeat--and that's where a lot of confusion arises. For weight, only calories matter. There is no reason to worry about sugar unless you have a medical condition.0 -
in order to lose a pound you need to shred 3500 calories off your diet. To do that in a week, cut back 500 calories a day of what you are eating. Don't eat crappy food. Eating within your calories of crappy food will not help you lose weight either. Indulging at times is ok, but not every day, every meal. Been there done that.0

There sure are. Still, your weight is governed by the laws of physics, not opinions.0 -

No you didn't, because science. Your body doesn't defy science.
