Whenever I'm curious... like before and after I poop. (I'm not joking)

Never. I just use measurements and clothes fitting. My scales kept lying to me so I threw them out so the squirrels can play with them,

I mostly do morning but sometimes I weigh myself at night too. I do that especially when I have worked out hard or worked a long time (I work part time event security so alot of walking and standing for long hours)

I get feel guilty and generally crappy when I weigh each day and see the fluctuations so I stick to every Sunday morning after I have been to the bathroom and walked around a bit (I notice when I'm still all stiff from sleeping I get mixed results).
Also weight in just my knickers each time.

right before bed, so I can see if I'm in for a pleasant surprise in the morning which is when I weight in officially after potty time. I find it interesting that so many people say after poop, but keep this in mind, water weights more than food by volume, therefore after pee pee would result in a larger change potentially depending on the person and the amount they poop. Pee and poop usually are a team, but it is my opinion that it's the pee making the biggest change.

    LOL!
  • DONT USE A SCALE! The best progress is the progress you can see for yourself with your own two eyes.
