So FP says during my workout I burned 800 some odd calories. I got a fitbit and it says around 400. any idea which one is right? I figure go with the fitbit to be safe?

What are your stats? Weight, height? What workout did you do, and for how long?
Without knowing those things, I'm guessing the answer is closer to 400 than 800. Most unconditioned athletes will have a hard time burning much above 10 kcal/min.0 -
Thanks for the help. I am 5'6". 189 and it was a combination kickboxing, strength, core, and cardio for 60min.0

I'd still go with the fitbit.
If I go full out cardio for 60 minutes I burn about 550 calories roughly. I'm about your age and height, a little leaner but male, so I'd guesstimate that our burns would be similar in the absence of conditioning differences.
Good luck!0
