Hi! I'm totally new here and I've never joined anything like this, but I am excited and determined!! I started 30 day shred today and I am looking forward to the possible results. I would like to share support, something we all need :)

    Thank you! Encouragement is awesome! I know that there will be days I'm not as excited, but I also know I can get through those days and experience the other side of that. It's not always easy, but I keep on picking back up and remembering that if other women can do it so can I!! I'm looking forward to getting to know pei
