Struggling with diet.

I have been struggling recently with my diet and as a result my weight has stayed around about the same for a few months now. I have lost 14 kilos in total but this is the hard part. I gym 5 times a week for an hour and walk an hour each day during the week. Its just this diet so hello myfitnesspal i am back and ready for change
