Boil/ steam/ microwave sweet potatoes and pumpkin. When cooked create a mash using the two use a low fat milk or just mash using the natural juices it has.1 filleted salmon (skin off) or on depending on your liking. Season with lemon salt and pepper. Fry in a non stick pan since salmon is full with natural oils. Then make a small leafy salad. Put mash on bottom, cooked fillet on top and salad on the side. It is yuumy!!!

    instead of milk i like to add laughing cow cheese.

    OR make cauliflower mash. So good with fish.

    Also eat the skin - so good for you

    Try add some rosemary to your sweet potato and pumpkin mash its very nice too
  • I have never heard of laughing cow cheese :D thank you for your alternatives. Don't know if I'll have the courage to eat it with the skin on, but I'll just have to try it.
