Congrat's on your success so far!!! You've actually gone _really_ fast. (10 lb per month) As you get closer to your healthy goal weight, that will slow.

Some thoughts on motivation & encouragement (explained in blog post):

    - Set small intermediate goals & celebrate every one.
    - Take measurements.
    - Take pictures.
    - Weigh yourself regularly.
    - Be flexible; forgive yourself.
    - Celebrate the non-scale victories (NSV's)
    - Don't give up!!!!
    - Don't make any food forbidden.
    - Eat real food; less processed is better.

What is frustrating you? Your loss is really quick....I am at 7 pounds lost in 6 weeks and that is counting my calories and exercising and everything.

I tried to look at your profile (your diary, your feed, etc) but can't see that. The only thing that jumped out at me was no friends on your friend list.

You might be great at going at this alone or have support outside of this site to help you along, and if you do that is great! However, if you don't, you might consider "meeting" people in the forums and making friends. You'll meet some great people and the support and encouragement they offer is great. This may be especially valuable with the shift work (get tips from other shift workers, avoid some of the isolation with weird hours, etc).

I am not sure how to motivate you, other than to consider your progress so far and to think about why you began this journey. My "why" is all the motivation I need each and every day. I don't like being sick and I don't want to be on bedrest, and the days that I can be up I need to do everything I can to be well. I was active and healthy before, and that is how I will be again. I LIKED my life before, and I want it back. Why do you want this?
